The Drummond’s team were very friendly and easy to communicate with when it came to booking the appointment. The engineer who serviced my boiler, Brad, was very diligent and gave me a thorough breakdown of everything he’d reviewed during the service. I would highly recommend the team, and will definitely be using them again the future.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Drummond Heating. Last year, I hired them to service our oil boiler, which included the installation of new jets and a new pump. However, a few days after the service, our house filled with smoke due to a malfunction with the boiler. This incident was particularly distressing as my daughter, who suffers from asthma, had to move out of our home for a week while Drummond Heating carried out repairs, which involved fitting new baffles.
