Most AMAZING customer service. Lori and Ingrid are thoughtful, kind and more than competent. I needed help, none of the other banks in the area would talk to me because (as I live 2000 miles away, I didn’t have an account with them). Lori said my request wasn’t normally considered but didn’t see why she couldn’t help me. Incredible! After an entire morning of bank issues, these ladies came to my rescue!
