We selected the company because Craig sounded like he knew what he was talking about, HOWEVER, we are 3 weeks down the line and at a cost of over £4k are almost back to the start. Do not use this builder he destroyed a family dream of ours to have a log cabin in our back yard he took a £8K kit log cabin didn't follow clear instructions from a manual and cut it up into useless firewood.
Craig will cut corners as much as he possibly can. Currently going through the complaints process with Check a Trade, hoping to get some money back so I can get my windows insulated and sealed properly, and hopefully fix the damp in the new plaster, because he doesn't know how to seal a window. I'd be here for ages writing about my experience with this cowboy. Dont use this company.
