Just awesome! Took the time to help me get exactly what I needed when other stores failed me, very professional, with their reward system, I got a free pair of sticks, everything was shipped and received perfectly.. John is a very kind person and owner for the store who actually cares deeply about the passion and hobby for drumming. He was quite considerate and fair with being approachable to negotiating as my purchase came at a tougher time for me and my family.
