I waited four hours to be seen. After a while I just left. I've been to third world countries with better patient care and communication. Oh, and I forgot to mention they screwed up a sample I gave them forcing me to go back and give it again. Just incredible.

I was brought to the Er last week for cramps and I have encounter an very nice and compassionate staff named Tamara she even massage and apply a cream on my legs and give me comforting words. I have a severe heart condition waiting for my surgery. Everybody was kind and so very helpful the cleaner even brought my stuff back to me when im discharging.its very comforting when all the er staff gives you compassionate outmost care.
