We got towed in unannounced with a dead jeep ev. The whole crew made us feel like we were long time customers and friends. They got started right away diagnosed the issues and fixed it. They gave us a ride to n from the hotel. Fed us lunch and all the coffee we could drink. Their customer service is second to none. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a better group of people in my life. What an amazing company.
It was a pleasure dealing with Heather Lucas, she is honest and a great person. I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram Classic Express and was very happy with the price and how everything worked out. Heather and Cam had the truck ready to go when I picked it up Saturday January 16, 2026. Thank you Badlands Chrysler!
