My dad took my 2017 ram in to get a check engine light fixed after a fuel pump and that not fixing it, then after 700$ worth of diagnostic, they came up with a timing chain for 4000$ and it took them 8 months to do it. And now have had to take it to a different dealership because this one is incapable of fixing it. Would not recommend this place. And im a student and dont have a lot of money.
DON'T GO HERE THEY WILL KILL YOUR TRUCK. After 6 grand in repairs. And 3 trys at fixing it. And it only took them 8 months to do a timing chain. We took it to a different dealer. Strathmore Dodge Hey Craig. a Strathmore Dodge. I got some answers out of Drumheller. They advise it doesn't seem like the tech checked those bolts as per service bulletin S1618000050. Took truck in for o2 sensor. 1000 dollars They clame its the fule pump. Go to pick up the truck and get told by the service adviser that it's running really good but kind of slow.. Turns out it's trapped in limp mode and every check engine light is now and flashing. Take it back in they say Hey we won't charge to check what's wrong w... read more

Worst experience with them . I have my jeep got some oil issue the closest location from location was Drumheller . They want to wait for 3-4 too fixed my car , not rental cover . After calling so many time they fixed my car . But when I went to location where i got my car they found of location use wrong oil. So they have to change the oil and fixed my car again . I
