Dr. Alam is an outstanding physician. Although I have read comments about communication concerns, I have never experienced any issues, as everyone in the office communicates clearly and professionally. Dr. Alam is highly attentive and genuinely listens to all of my concerns, both physical and mental. She is direct, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her patients.

I think the establishment may be ok as long as this place is clean/ hygiene/sanitary safe. Although patient needs to receive the best care from physician/ doctor who is graduated from a Medical School. Time is very important for doctor who needs to work quick and think fast, correct in every thing she does. I believe her healthcare place must be passed inspection already in order to serve public/ patients by the state. Stay healthy ! Have a great day !
Do not come to this doctor. I came to the office after having multiple seizures and needed to be seen and was told I couldn’t be seen until I paid my copay which I didn’t have at the time. I understand if it’s a routine scheduled visit but as this was post emergency room and I was left in the waiting room crying, unable to walk and still turned away. If you care about being seen and with compassion, do not come to this practice.
