I have been doing business with them for probably 10 years now, They still smile and say hi to me, low pressure, let me take my time, walk around, answer questions, see if they can do better on price, it's all still good for me and worth the trip every time. Order on line? The items are shipped fast, and gets to me within a few days. Shane and the crew busted their asses to make this what it is today.

Don't understand the negative reviews. I've ordered many things from DCP and never had a single problem. Prices are great, shipping is fast, customer service is fine.

I bought a used drum set from these guys a month ago. Walked out without being told I could NOT RETURN these. Got them home and hated them. The set had been upgraded to add an extra tom on the 18" bass drum. WAY TOO HEAVY! I had major problems with wobbling and wanted to return them...store credit would have been great. They wanted to charge me $500 to buy them back, and then sell me something else. Are you kidding me?? Absolutely disgusting service. This place is run by Shane Kinney, who is a liar and a thief. Don’t expect any customer service from this place. Expect lies, deception , dishonesty and out and out fraud.
