What a friendly place to go to for camaraderie. Staff are super pleasant and accommodating. The building is clean (3 floors open to the public). The restrooms are usually spotless. It's a little messy on Friday nights. The fitness area is never crowded, which I'm so thankful for. The swimming pool is much smaller than Waverly and Towson, but it is suitable for our needs. Too many drunk people and homeless in the hallway before entering (obvious smell of alcohol). We attended this location to take advantage of the hood chef program. We went to the first class and it was great. The second class did not happen due to management not bringing in food supplies, it also happened the following week with no call to those participating.

I have been trying to volunteer on the website for some time now but the website won’t let me log into my account, I put my email in to recover my username and it won’t send me my username recovery. I need help to solve this issue and you guys haven’t been a big help. I need serious help with this.
