They are the very best! They come to my apartment to give my infusions each month for my low immune system. Every nurse I’ve had to come to my place has been AWESOME!
Ashley Jones has gone above and beyond with helping get my infusion medication after a frustrating month trying to deal with the physician’s office and drug company. She has been the only one in the entire debacle that has not made me just give up.
Excellent personal and customer service
I was billed in January for services even though my insurance covers the treatment. I’m still getting bills for the service in May, I call every month and they insure me that I don’t owe anything. I’m afraid they are going to ruin my credit. Their infusions are fine, but their billing team is incompetent. Beware - they don’t seem to know what they are doing.
