I was following the signs when I walked in and then I hear a women to the left of the door as can I help you with something? I go to walk back there then repeats this multiple times before I can even get back to speak to her. Then proceeds to be upset like I did something wrong. Very rude. The drug test lady was fine. Lady try to gain some sort of politeness. Obviously everyone who has ever gone here thinks the same according to the reviews.
No issues going here with staff or the exam. Went in for some insurance blood work. They contacted me via text and gave me several options for appointment times that same week. They got me in on a holiday, no wait time. The lady who did the exam was very sweet and had everything ready to go, paperwork organized. The building itself is a bit run down, could use some fresh paint and new flooring but it's not falling apart or anything. Also note there's two entry doors, you may have to try both.
