They are so wonderful to their customers...except for the wait times. Even if you call ahead, sometimes prescriptions aren't ready to go at pick up. Also, they have the slowest girl in the world working there....it's like slow motion watching her! No kidding. She's semi comatose.
It’s very convenient, and the staff is kind and friendly. You can call in for refills to be filled so they will be waiting for pickup when you arrive or you can request they be delivered if you are house-bound and there’s no delivery fee. Excellent full service pharmacy, they remember you and provide good information and caring professional service.
Excellent staff, excellent customer service. I have witnessed staff going above and beyond for clients, when they definitely did not have to. People complaining about wait time have never gone anywhere else in town, clearly, because even with how short staffed they are at this drug store, they're still faster than every other drug store in town! I switched to Superstore because I can fill a script, shop, and it's always ready by the time I'm done, and the staff are always cheerful and polite.
I agree that the line ups are getting much longer. It took me 3 attempts before I got my prescription due to very long wait times. Had to give up twice, the third time took over 15 minutes. Maybe more staff is needed while offering the flu jabs.
Great staff but my only complaint is the waiting time is getting longer and longer, plus almost every time I get my prescription they don't have enough and I have to return for the balance, and I mean almost every time. Staff member Kevin is helpful, knowledgable, friendly, fast and will always be patient enough to answer your question.
