Have used this pharmacy for many years and all the staff have been very kind, helpful and professional. I feel the current staff lives up to that high standard. I believe that staff changes are made by Management for possibly a staff rotation to other locations that may be beneficial to staff and customers. I will continue to use them since they have given me such great service over the 20+ years.

Having a 100% staff turnover is a pretty bad sign for a business. This is no exception. I remember Greg, Jamie, Linda and Adam. They knew who I was, and they cared about the people they were helping. They took pride in their work. I can't really say the same for the current staff.

Have found since staff change, both male employees are rude and unprofessional, whether we are filling prescriptions or enquiring about services. Recently, we have tried repeatedly to call to book Covid vaccines (as instructed) to be told repeatedly "they were too busy" and to call back later. We have tried to call during the week at less busy times to be told we need to book the day before we are ready, they won't book ahead by even a week. Won't be going back. These fellows are less than helpful!
