If I can give a lower score than one star I would. Drug testing facilities are supposed to be professional and things are supposed to be done right following policy and procedure. Otherwise there's no integrity in the drug testing providing life changing information. Such as job hire and job loss information. I washed MY hands twice for MY drug screen. The person performing the task never washed his hands, didnt wear gloves. I saw no evidance of hand sanitizer, no disinfectant wipes for the desk the urine was sitting on. This lab is NOT my choice, but the choice for the companies I work for. Everytime the experiance is the same....dirty and gross.
