Horrible customer service. Both women in the facility have been extremely rude all 3 times that I was unfortunate enough to need their services. I have never seen them smile, or say anything even remotely friendly. I am contacting the BBB. And I think someone should open up a competing store to drive them out of business.
In no way is this review guided by me disliking the fact that I got a drug screen. I went for this screening myself and chose to get it done on my own terms. I walked into the clinic and was met with an instant look of disapproval and judging. From there on i was treated like a common criminal. If you have to get a drug screen. Don't use this facility.
