Absolutely awful customer service! Very disrespectful and rude. I singned in, explained that my employer will pay for my test and asked if they could please take the payment information. I was told: Just a moment. In 30 min I asked again and was told: Someone will be with you in a minute. In another 30 min I asked again and was very rudely told: You ca live if you don’t want to wait.
