Waited over 1.5 hours for a simple drug screen. Clearly not in a hurry to see people
This short black old receptionist is VERY RUDE!!! She has no manners what so ever and I spoke to her politely and still got attitude!! She definitely needs a retraining on respecting others. Her name is Tracie Clater!
Extremely horrible svs as someone doing this for the first time the attendants at the counter were completely unhelpful and were too busy playing around to acknowledge me then the larger African American lady was super rude with a lot of attitude I forgot to do one thing and I quote “do you not know how to listen” like damn I forgot that customer service is a thing if you don’t want to talk to people find a damn job where you don’t have to
Excellent service, vert fast, and very friendly! I would definitely use their services again!
