Was sent a prescription lotion that would expire in 2 weeks, and the rx was for 30 days. When I called to ask they said I should never have been sent that batch and offered a replacement newer product. The replacement they sent was an even older batch and expired a week sooner. The kicker is they sharpied over the lot dates and expiration, but it is still readable. Like I am an idiot and wouldn't notice? I am turning them into the state Pharmacy board.
I live far from the location 65 miles, they couldn't tell me when my script would be filled. I was told I could ship but must be paid in advance for both. When they contacted me via text, I happened to be in the area and responded I would pick it up. I asked about refunding the shipping and the ladies attitude and response was absolutely uncalled for!
