All of the staff at Drug&Alcohol Testing of Georgia were AWESOME! Mrs.Janice was my collector and was very kind and patient with me!
The only genuinely nice person who went above and beyond at this place was Candace, the NP. Genuinely felt cared for and she made things easy for me. The front desk girl, Alexis? Super rude and unprofessional acting and looking. Had on bright orange scrub top and super tight leggings and flip flops and when I brought my medication in to verify it with the NP she snapped at me and told me to put it back in my car. I came here earlier this year for a drug screening and had a very smooth and pleasant experience but boy that was not the case today! The first staff member, took way too long to examine what I had given her and ended up making me recollect because she had by then taken too long and "wasn't satisfied". When I did give her a recollect she acted even more rude about it and eventually called in a second staff member without informing me why.
