This place needs to train their employees. They are unprofessional and rude. The old blonde lady with blue eyes picked up my urine sample with no gloves even after I told her there was urine on the outside of the cup. They treat you like criminals and are unfriendly.
Alexis was AMAZING. Very great customer service, attentive, had great knowledge of what she was doing and even made me feel comfortable because she noticed my hands was sweaty. She was also dressed professionally comfortable and that’s what I loved because she’s on her feet all day. She even gave me a few encouraging words. Alexis, thank you for being great and remember when bad things happen, GREAT things following. I love you for doing such a great job. 10/10 service !!
All of the staff at Drug&Alcohol Testing of Georgia were AWESOME! Mrs.Janice was my collector and was very kind and patient with me!
The only genuinely nice person who went above and beyond at this place was Candace, the NP. Genuinely felt cared for and she made things easy for me. The front desk girl, Alexis? Super rude and unprofessional acting and looking. Had on bright orange scrub top and super tight leggings and flip flops and when I brought my medication in to verify it with the NP she snapped at me and told me to put it back in my car.
