Staff is very rude and unprofessional. After looking at the reviews I do not understand why this place is still in business. As soon as my son walked through the door the lady behind the window started saying very rude and unprofessional things. She just started jumping to conclusions about how she know he was not going to pass the test because of the shirt he had on. The nurse practitioner, Candace, is a new and poorly experienced provider. She is difficult to deal with due to her personal biases. She passes physicals for some and for others she asks for ridiculous requests and asks for documentation from other providers which can be costly and detrimental to companies and individuals that rely on this company’s service. Terrible service by the employees. Very rude and disrespectful to customers. This is my second visit there amd it will be my last. I put off the bad attitude by the employee to maybe having a bad day, but obviously this place is employed by a staff that all have bad attitudes.
