Seems like a new guy was in training which I have no problem with but this young man needs to be told how disgusting he looks. Wore a hoodie which is ok, maybe it gets cold in there? But his nails were gross and dirty, he had his hair pulled up in some kind of bun/pony tail that made his hair look ratty and his pants were filthy. These people took advantage of my elderly parents who had gone in for a TSA appointment. They claimed my father’s original and reissued birth certificates were not valid, but not until after taking his full payment. A complete scam.
This place stereotypes young black males. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Tells them their urine isn’t the right temperature to retest when it is the right temp. Tells them it smells like bleach when it doesn’t. Multiple ppl have been stereotyped by them and these guys DONT SMOKE OR DO DRUGS they’re just young black men who apparently “look” like the type so they give them a hard time literally every single time they have to go test. I highly do not recommend this place if you’re a black male
