I couldn’t wait til my case finished and I was able to write this review but my lawyer referred me to Kathy and it was by far the most wrong-doing way of taking a drug test by hair. My sister is use to have to do hair drug testing and she said you normally take the size of a pencil tip, about 90 strands and Kathy takes enough hair to fill an entire small white envelope (for letters) Multiple cuts with scissors, and chunks were taken out of my hair.. Kathy was great to work with. She explained everything thoroughly. She has a great personality and was very calming and reassuring through the whole process.
Kathy has tricked the Court into thinking she is the only option for drug and alcohol testing because of her 20 years' experience collecting strangers' urine and reporting the results. She just violated a Court order by sending my test results to the opposing counsel against the Judge's order. Her mistake cost me time with my daughter that I'll never get back, and I'm filing sanctions against her.
Kathy Suarez is rude, dishonest, and doesn’t take ownership of her mistakes. I would not recommend anyone use her nor her services.
Kathy butchered my hair when she did a hair drug analysis. I’ve since had one done at another lab and the hair was taken in a way totally unnoticeable and less expensive! If I could give zero stars I would! I’m still struggling with a chunk of short hair on the back of my head from a screening done in Dec!!
