My job schedule was ideal for their rigorous outpatient program. I attended the evening courses, formed a peer community, and gained knowledge about relapse prevention there. I was able to conquer my addictions thanks to Brook Recovery's group sessions, which are a great example of what modern recovery should look like. Although it took a while, the outcome was worthwhile.

I've been to other rehabs, and nothing stuck until I became a part of Brook Recovery. Their combination individualized therapy and focus on the potential of holistic approaches, along with the support of the other community members, allowed me to work on not only my mental healthy as well. For the first time, I have sustainable sobriety. as well as a renewed sense of hope, and direction in my life.

As someone living in MA, I searched for a trustworthy rehab center in Massachusetts and found Brook Recovery. Their staff truly took note of my alcohol use. Their facility was up to date as well. Regaining self-worth was far more important than simply recovering for me , they helped me in boosting my self-esteem and healing. Now I am able to be present with my family and take good care of them.

Because Brook Recovery provided more than just detox, I decided to use them as my addiction treatment facility. Their facility is up to date and there they worked on my mental health, supported me in developing coping mechanisms, and even included my family in the process of recovery. I'm at last headed in the right direction. I am very thankful for there help.

After relapsing post-inpatient detox, I found new hope through the daily structured day treatment program at Brook Recovery Centre. Group therapy, accountability from the staff, and support from my peers all helped me regain my confidence. Without their help, I'm not sure what I would have been doing and if I would have found this new sense of hope in my recovery journey.
