After struggling with alcohol for over 5 years, Brook Recovery was truly life-changing for me. The staff was supportive, understanding, and helped me recognize the triggers that were keeping me stuck. The group therapy sessions, especially, made a huge difference. I’m really grateful I chose this place.

I couldn't put my life on hold to go to rehab because I was a full-time student. But I had flexibility with Brook's outpatient rehab program without reducing the expected level of care. I felt supported at every stage of my evening therapy sessions. Now I feel much better and I am more focused on my career.

As someone living in MA, I searched for a trustworthy rehab center in Massachusetts and found Brook Recovery. Their staff truly took note of my alcohol use. Their facility was up to date as well. Regaining self-worth was far more important than simply recovering for me , they helped me in boosting my self-esteem and healing. Now I am able to be present with my family and take good care of them.

Because Brook Recovery provided more than just detox, I decided to use them as my addiction treatment facility. Their facility is up to date and there they worked on my mental health, supported me in developing coping mechanisms, and even included my family in the process of recovery. I'm at last headed in the right direction. I am very thankful for there help.
