I don't understand why inmates aren't called down for scheduled video visits. It is very frustrating to wait and the inmate not realize they had one, with no way of contacting them. Waste of money! ICSolutions sucks for scheduling because they don't actually block off days when an inmate already has a visit and all visits have to be scheduled 2 days in advanced so you cant just try for the next spot for the day.
