The new men’s inpatient treatment center is incredible! I’ve been to many treatment centers in my life and I can honestly say that this was one of if not the best I’ve been too! The staff all have their own strengths and the format is perfect if you really want to change your life. The therapist that comes in to help is powerful and I couldn’t have asked for more
I cannot say enough good things about Center Point DAAC. For years there were no services for men that wanted help with alcohol and substance abuse through MediCal in Sonoma county. Fortunately this is no longer the case. This facility opened in December 2024 and has helped many suffering from AUD and SUD already. It's a new and clean facility. I was a walk-in patient. I was not mandated by a court order and I was in contact with them weeks before my intake and I was told so many things that did not happen. First off let me just say this is not to try to throw shade at the men and women who work there and are the counselors. They are doing the best that they can, but they are severely understaffed and taking in everybody they possibly can because that’s what the state wants them to do.
