Management for venture apartments at tech center is the worst we have dealt with. They are never honest about the constant construction or when the “siding” project will be done. It has been years and I’ve seen buildings built faster than this “siding” project. There’s no parking with all the construction workers taking it up and parking was a challenge before construction. Drucker + Falk has been a generous supporter of the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities for several decades. We are grateful for how community-minded DF is, both through donations and employee volunteerism. It says a lot about how they care for their neighbors.

They sold compass at city center to kettle and didn’t inform the residents of the drastic changes that would occur soon. How their neighborhood would change over night smaller dumpsters no maintenance to the breezeway no response from maintenance for weeks leading office telling you one thing while maintenance doing another. People are paying 1400 for a one bedroom and can’t even get a simple maintenance issue fixed. The trees are falling left n right. I had a nightmare experience at Sea Pines. The bug infestation was uncontrollable, and the noise levels made it impossible to live in peace. Despite these being clear habitability issues, management did nothing to resolve them. I eventually had to break my lease just to escape the living conditions, and in response, they kept every cent of my money. They are happy to take your rent but will not maintain a basic standard of living or show any fairness if you are forced to leave. Avoid this place at all costs.
