I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Venture Apartments in Newport News, managed by Drucker + Falk. What used to be a tolerable living situation has plummeted into chaos, especially since Katy Summers was promoted to property manager. Both Katy and leasing agent James Rodriguez exhibit a staggering lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic communication skills when dealing with residents’ concerns.
