My experience is that Rehabilitation Centers focus more on Race and Money than Rehabilitation. The nursing is good, therapists are good however the doctors are racist frauds. They gave my sister the very medications that caused her injury to her brain even though her chart said not to! They fabricated and contrived with Jefferson Hospital to transfer her back by lying that she was having seizures. This is for the kindest aide ever KELLY , thank you so much for helping my mom while she was there and making sure to stay close by til her bus showed up , you stayed with her even tho its time for you to go home . Thank you so much again for your kindness and your professionalism. Also thank you Moss for the great service and having such wonderful therapists and aides like Kelly .
The PT’s are awesome! The issue is the ladies working at the front desk who take calls& appointments. Not attentive and rude
