Worst doctor experience ever!! They were awful to my 5 year old because he was afraid and said I should have “a talking to” with him for his reaction. He’s five and was afraid, no consideration for his fear. Dr. Bowen refused to come back in after I calmed him down (took 2 minutes) because “he doesn’t get paid to be screamed at”. Dr. Robert Bowen and his wife Elizabeth are horrible people. Elizabeth is clearly unstable and unprofessional. This husband and wife are scammers and refused to cooperate with a court order and told us our 3pm appointment that we had for 2 weeks was never made, yet the office called us 3 separate times to confirm. The doctor refused to let the father speak to him and said it would be $150 for the doctor to speak with us about our son's treatments.This forced us to bring our attorney into the office with us for our son's appo... read more
AVOID THIS OFFICE. The Dr and his wife, Elizabeth Bowen (who acts as receptionist, billing agent and nurse,) are scam artists. My mother and I traveled an hour away from home, to this office, bc we were told they would accept both of our insurance. We had been exposed to toxic mold, and needed mold and dust mite testing. VERY basic. After spending close to 3 hours in this very strange and uncomfortable office, the dr had only completed dust mite testing, and made us rebook for 2 weeks later for mold testing.
