We had loose tiles, cracked tiles, uneven tiles, grout of several colors - in short, a mess. Dr. Tile arrived at the scene, assessed everything, and set to work. After day 1 all the tiles in our back porch were even and solidly affixed (even cracked tiles I did not know about) and a particularly loose tile in front had been carefully reset.
