Dr. Sutherland took me from a 9 pain level, where I couldn't get up from a chair or walk to more like a 2 - 3, without the use of drugs. Great doctor who is now my husband's and my sister in law's doctor, successfully treating both for painful condition..
Dr Sutherland was very informative. He listened to what I had to say Great for pain management and very nice staff. Wait time was longer then usual but he takes his time with all his patients
My complaint is the arrogance of the office staff. They mis-wrote a referral form for me. I didn’t notice til I got home. It only needed a small yet important correction. I called twice, with no response. Finally my husband brought the form over to the office, marked-up w the needed edits. There’s no way you can get past the front desk staff to even talk to the doctors staff in the back. My husband was told they would take the form and call us in a few days to let us know when to pick it up. This is a poorly run office.
