If only I could leave 0 stars. My mother was left worse off under her care. The treatment protocol did nothing but make things worse. If only we could sue. Do not come to these traditional cancer doctors. They are nothing but a waste of time and a complete disappointment. I can assure you they do not care about the wellbeing of your loved one. If I could give half a star, I would! Dr Chalasani never fought this disease with us! She was obligated to help us fight it! She’s so detached and desensitized, and can’t even hide it. She would walk into your appointments unprepared, and you would literally feel like she was being timed. Forget about trying to reach her via email or on the phone!!! The biggest blow was when she told us we had to go on a clinical trial and the only thing she did when we asked for help was tell us to go on clinical trials.gov with no guidance... read more
I've been under Dr. Chalasani's care since April 2025. From day one, I felt she heard my concerns and carefully listened to me EACH time I saw her (I always came with list of questions/concerns!) She is top of her game and I am very pleased she is my oncologist. I believe she gave me excellent treatment, allowing me to be cancer-free as of my last scan in September. If I could give zero reviews I would. This woman from day one treated my dad with disrespect and as a number. For someone who’s going through cancer, that in itself is scary enough. But to have a doctor you “trust” treat you like a number and off the bat basically tell you you’re not going to make it and then have the nerve to ask why the patient is crying is mind boggling.
