I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. They rescheduled my appointment several times, and every time they called, they asked again for my insurance information as if I had never given it before. It really felt unprofessional and disorganized. When I told them I didn’t want to book any more appointments, suddenly they were able to find me an earlier one — which shows they could have done it from the start. They wasted a lot of my time, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to others.
My journey with Dr Sourire (Dre Huard at the time), began with both our kids getting braces when in middle school. Now in my fifties, it’s my turn! Thank you to all staff, especially Janice 😉 for being so welcoming when coming in the door. If ever you are looking for an orthodontist , give Dr Sourire a call! They’ll take very good care of you! Nous avons été très satisfait avec la PLEINE équipe de Dr Sourire à Dieppe. Que ce soit du côté administratif ou clinique, l’équipe se complète et on un but commun, celui d’offrir un service exceptionnel au patient ainsi qu’à la famille. Nous avons toujours été bien accueilli lors des rendez-vous, même à en faire des cartwheels et la danse du floss dans le corridor avec mes filles!!
Nous sommes tres satisfait du bon service par tout les membres de l équipe. Moi même a eu des braces tres contente du résultat et ma fille a eu un expender superb contente.
