DrSays is a rip-off.The "doctor" I spoke with asked repeatedly what he could do to help me and then explained repeatedly why he could do nothing to help me. I had Covid like symptoms and my spouse had tested+ for Covid.Dr.Day,who sounded half drunk,starts peedling CDC protocol (isolate,"you are past any window at which I could prescribe medication")Never even asked if I had tested+. I have been consulting with Dr. Satar for quite some time now I’m just relatively routine matters and prescription refills. I love Dr. Satar. She’s amazing more recently. I was experiencing some very severe vertigo with no apparent cause. She was adamant that I go to the ER and thank God I did because it turned out I had blockages in my carotid arteries, which could have caused a stroke. Was prescribed the wrong medication ended up having to go to the emergency room and they refused to give me my money back.
Very disappointed in the care my son received. He was away at college and this was his first time being very sick and by himself. The Dr was rude and sounded like he was operating a drive through candy shop. Asked him “what do you want?” Unacceptable.
Have used Dr. Says in the past and did not need them again until today. Appointment with Dr. Budawny between 9-10am. 10:05am 10:10am still no doctor. I message customer service who made me wait and then finally said they paged the doctor but no answer. She asked if I wanted another doctor and said no, give me a refund. Why should I pay $35.99 to of waited 45 minutes? Good gesture would have been to given me another doctor and not charge me but, they went silent after that. I do not recommend Dr. Says at all!
