Dr Aamir is a good doctor and good bedside manner and in general the staff is quite nice. For years he wanted me to take weight loss pills which I wasn't fond of and never took much. Although he was right in my case and admittedly I have needed something for a long time. I just never liked the pills. But, I am glad to get a injection medication because regardless of trying to cut out excess sugar and watch my eating I never lost weight till now. I have been a patient for many years. Dr A. started me on insulin and worked with me to control my issues using an insulin pump and an attachable sensor. What a relief to not have to stick my fingers anymore or give myself painful shots everyday. Still, I could not figure out why, while doing exercise classes 4 days a week, I was still holding onto the weight. This past April, Dr A. suggested Mounjaro which is formulated for diabetics. I’ve never had a bad visit it always been very pleasant the doctor is nice. The staff is wonderful or shall I say the doctor is wonderful the staff is nice either way if you’re trying to find an endocrinology doctor, try them out.
Dr Aamir is a good doctor and good bedside manner and in general the staff is quite nice. However, they fail in a couple of areas. He has pushed weight loss medicines, although he was right in my case and admittedly I have needed something for a long time. I just never liked the pills. But, I am glad to get a injection medication. HOWEVER, between the preauthorization department and him, they fail to have a system that works.
