I got extreme anxiety whenever I go there ,panic and insecurity that she will not listen ,only one problem and come every day for other urgent symptoms, Worst care ever ,no empathy no compassion,feels worst anxiety ,no referal since 2 years for anxiety . This is Canadian free medical care.
This woman is one of the nastiest human beings I have ever met. She not only has a communication problem, she is a clear example of someone who hates her job and only does it for money. After being her patient for over 8 years and while I was 6 months pregnant, she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me because I was going to a fertility clinic instead of her and ohip would reduce that money from her pay. They do not honour the appointment schedule. I had an appointment for 4:45, a patient walked in with an appointment for 5:30, and they were seen first. Why bother making an appointment if you’ll won’t honour the schedule? Why bother making an appointment if you’ll have to wait an additional 2-3 hours?
Why schedule an appointment for 5:30 when they make you wait until 7:30 to even enter the room. Horrible service and just plain rude
