Probably the best interaction that I have ever had with a business. Both representatives Bobby and Alex were excellent, helpful and patient. Thank you both for resolving my problem installing a simple light. I needed someone else to explain how to do it and Alex you did it well. Thanks to both of you for being honest and professional.

I am so happy I found DRSA! I have talked to many marine lighting companies that did not know half the knowledge that DRSA did. When I called them about coming to my boat, they got me on the schedule right away. Bobby and Alex both came to the boat and helped with all of my lighting requests. My engine room lights were outdated and now look amazing! They also helped me with my color change under gunnel lights. I highly recommend DRSA for any lighting on any size boat! I think they are probably a fine company for a center console or lower end boats but not for higher end boats. I had them on our 64 Viking to change our cabin lighting to LED. They broke the ceiling glass in three places in two rooms. Bobby accused me of "trying to get over on them" which was an odd thing to say since I NEVER asked them for a penny. I purchased rope lights from this company. The light and customer service is top notch. I did not know how to hook it up and Bobby talked me thru every step. I would highly recommend!

Unbelievable customer service. I was doing a small DIY project and ordered some lighting. A couple days later I realized that I forgotten to order some additional parts and apparently ordered the wrong items. Alex caught my mistake, called me up personally to make sure I did have the right parts, and then personally delivered it to me. No matter what future lighting I need on my Fleming, I’m first going to go to DRSA.
