Dr Welch and his assistant Becca very professional and personable.
My wife recently had cateract surgery from Dr Welch. He is so very knowledgeable and skilled. That goes along with his compassion and caring for the patient. She had a great experience and it’s wonderful for her to see clearly again. We highly recommend Dr Welch!
I had cataract surgery and chose the LAL lens. Dr Allan is extremely knowledgeable and handled the surgery and all following lens adjustments as if he wrote the book. Eye surgery is scary but it helps to see the best.
I needed them for a referal to a cataract sergeon. A month passed after my visit to this office i still hadnt recieved a referel or heard a word from them but i did get a bill in the mail. So i called them about the bill then later that same day they called me to tell me they couldn't refer me to anyone. They still made me pay the full bill even though they did nothing for me and weren't going to say anything until i called first.
When going to family member appointments we are always waiting at least a hour or more. That is ridiculous!!
