Always friendly and knowledgeable..answers all my questions..Easy to schedule an appointment..staff is awesome in the Burley office..my Mom uses this company also with a different Dr.
The office staff is disappointing; they make mistakes scheduling appointments and have insurance/billing issues. FYI They don't accept Spectra.
My elderly father drove from Paul to Twin Falls, Hit rode construction, had to back track and go a different way then had to park in an outer parking lot ( He does not walk well). Once he was in the hospital they stopped him and made him go through a bunch of stuff like his mask was not the right one so he had to get a new one then finally let him up to the office. Fantastic successful cataract surgery for my husband, amazing kindness amazing skills and knowledge, this doc is magic he does what he says and says what he does, so comforting. I am now awaiting my second eye surgery, no worries, no fears Dr. Nathan Welch is fantastic and magic, giving sight to those without. Very poorly ran office. Rude people would not recommend. The doc did seem nice but he must look at the staff and reevaluate
We had an emergency where our daughter suddenly started have blurry vision and would occasionally go cross-eyed. Dr. Welch was very easy to schedule with and was prompt in recommending treatment. We were able to get an MRI done, and got corrective glasses that have fixed the problem. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He would answer our questions and explained things so we could understand them.
