They are very thorough, professional & kind. They don't push you into Surgery until you need it. Just suggest it when you need it. I highly recommend them.
I can't believe the level of incompetence of their front desk. I scheduled myself and my husband and stated point blank we needed to see an OPTHAMOLOGIST for medical eye exams due to underlying conditions and was scheduled with the optometrist. I called and requested my prescriptions to be faxed and they sent the wrong ones. I called and had them email the prescriptions to to me and they sent the wrong ones three different times. Update: After this review they took action and the office manager got involved and refunded my money that was owed. Dr Allan was awesome. The finance office was another story. They made us feel like we were not going to pay them and had to pay almost $400 up front when I knew it wasn't going to be that much. Then after it was all processed they owe us over $200 back but won't pay us until they get payment from the insurance company even though I have proof of what they are going to get paid. Had cataract surgery and can't believe the difference! My vision is so clear and colors are so bright! Everyone was so friendly and I was treated very well! Wish I had done this years ago!
Cataract Surgery went great. I now have 20/20 vision. The whole team treated me like I was a Movie Star, which you can see was really just Great Customer Service on their part. Thanks Doc!
