The staff were professional and kind. Wish I could have experienced my visit with a different Physician other than Warrier. His response and empathy and the way he handled my child and the referral from the pediatrician was disgusting. I truly hope the insurance does not pay out for the visit, he was horrible and did nothing but repeat the fact that if my child does not have a “severe allergy” she’s fine… never been treated by a physician as if my child’s condition was not up to parr and important enough. Office staff was extremely nice. Even the receptionist! Dr was amazing. They got me in as a new patient the next day. I was quickly taken back to by appointment after arrival. They worked with me and listened to me in my appointment to reach a plan I was happy with.The only thing I would change is the cloth chairs in the waiting room.

This place is the actual worst. Called to reschedule my 5 year old's 2-hr allergy test because he broke his toe the night before and his allergy appt was going to bleed over into his toe appointment time. They said there would be a $50 fee to reschedule. I asked them if they could waive the fee given the circumstances. They snidely declined. We won't be using them to service us, as there are plenty of other allergists in the St. Louis area that have a more reasonable and personable front office staff. Great job caring for my two year old son and doing the appropriate testing.
