I’ve never been a fan of going to the doctor—unless I’m near death or absolutely need to. But today completely changed my perspective. From check-in to checkout, every single staff member at the Eye Care Center in Rapid City was amazing. Anytime I have a serious eye issue, Front desk always gets me in asap.Today Dr. Young was amazing with a thorough exam and explaining what is going on, reasurred me if symptoms change don't hesitate to call & come in immediately. Deb Geske
The service was good but I feel as I was scammed on the bill. I paid the $217 bill in full prior to leaving and to my surprise I received another bill for $180
Dr Young is great. Exam was thorough, educational and the prescription was perfect. Great selection of eyewear-affordable and helpful staff.
The front desk staff was very welcoming, and everyone who helped me choose and order my glasses was incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated being able to take a few pairs home to try on—it made the decision so much easier! I saw Dr. Holec and had a great experience with him as well.
