3rd class place because here they lack professionalism completely
I absolutely feel relaxed and calm every visit. Caring and kind doctors, hygienist staff and office staff!
My earlier review was taken down, but this is most pathetic dental office I’ve ever seen. Completely they lack professionalism and values. I have known some quacks who are better than these, as here they don’t follow infection control protocols.
This is a 3rd class place. dr Doris did a terrible job by picking up patient’s crown from garbage bin and then straight to patient’s mouth, because patient didn’t notice it; and that’s a violation of infection prevention and control (IPAC Lapse). They have multiple doctors and doris aka Pham lacks manners and basic knowledge. And I witnessed her breaching infection control protocols.
