Doris did a terrible job by picking up patient’s crown from garbage bin and then straight to patient’s mouth, because patient didn’t notice it; and that’s a violation of infection prevention and control (IPAC Lapse). They have multiple doctors and doris aka Pham lacks manners and basic knowledge. And I witnessed her breaching infection control protocols.
My other review was taken down but this is a 3rd class place.
I am a person that is unsure of dentists. Today I had to have an upper molar pulled and I went to dr. Pham in this office . I was a little uneasy with this at first but I have to say she was amazing. I never felt the freezing and the extraction was basically painless. Thank you so much to her and and her assist. Both very kind gentle people
