The staff is unreliable. I am giving 2 rather 1 stars because they won't attempt to rip you off.
Dr. Terlet and Noemmy are great!
Speaking from another dental professional- I can not speak to anyone in this practice other than Pam, a receptionist at the front desk. I have never had a worse interaction with a practice. Nasty behavior, I hope she treats the patients better. I was hung up on not once but 2x.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone who works in this office. I have server trauma from my childhood dentist who was later convicted of fraud and the dentist causes me severe panic attacks. I’ve needed extensive work done in the last few months and while it was difficult for me, I always felt safe and cared for.
