Good dentist, terrible customer service. Looking at the recent comments this is a trend. They don’t care how long you’ve been going or how much money you’ve spent. They’ll still cancel on you less than 24h. Asked for the same $100 courtesy they charge us should we cancel last minute and they said I was welcome to take my teeth elsewhere! What kind of business does that to a decades old customer. Loyalty is only as deep as your pocket book.
The staff is unreliable. I am giving 2 rather 1 stars because they won't attempt to rip you off.
Dr. Terlet and Noemmy are great!
Speaking from another dental professional- I can not speak to anyone in this practice other than Pam, a receptionist at the front desk. I have never had a worse interaction with a practice. Nasty behavior, I hope she treats the patients better. I was hung up on not once but 2x.
