I worked at DRS Ft. Walton Beach for 6 years. The first 2 years were great. They had a solid team of directors who actually made some good decisions, and then they began the layoffs replacing all the upper managers with bobble heads and removed too many people leaving a small workforce that is over worked and burning out.
