Been a patient here for almost 25 years and have never before experienced the disrespect I did today from the receptionist. Can never get in for an appointment in a timely manner even though it used to be a 1-2 day wait for urgent matters. Trying to call in is now a nightmare. What happened to this place?? Barely feel like a patient at all here anymore.
Dr Stefanie has been the most knowlegeble, understandable, professional and caring doctor I have had the pleasure to meet. She has a holistic approach to her appointments, where she will listen to my concerns and asks me questions that maybe I hadn't thought of or makes suggestions that are so unique to my issue. She has send me for tests when needed and has helped me better understand my diagnosis. I couldn't be happier to be under her medical care. I just spoke with Teah on the phone. I asked question over question over question, she was very calm, informative and eager to help me get all the answers :) Being front desk for doctors office can be a challenge at times because there are so many different requests, limited booking spots. So being able to be calm in these situations is so important and I think Teah did a great job :)
Doctor Scott has been my doctor since 2000 (since the day I arrived in Canada). He is an awesome doctor and was always pleasant to deal with (up until recently). Rosy was his nurse and she was also very good and pleasing person to talk to. But since Rosy has retired and the new receptionist has been hired, things have taken a u-turn. The attitude of the doctor is not the same anymore, possibly because he has too much on his plate since Rosy left or because the patients are having very hard time dealing with his receptionist.... read more
