Dr. Stefanie Wright has been a good doctor. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. Unfortunately, their receptionist is less than ideal to talk to. As per other google reviews I would agree she is rude, condescending and unprofessional at times. Hopefully something can be done to remedy this as they are the first point of contact most times and it really leaves the patients with a negative experience that isn’t reflected with the Doctor.
WAS a patient for over 20years!....come to find out, we are suppose to check a website everyday to be sure our dr is still coming to work?!?! He retired exactly 1 month ago and I was never informed. Absolute disgrace! I call to make an appt and find this all out. The receptionist tried to say they have over 2000 patients so sending them all emails is too much work. Just wow, wow, wow.

Been a patient here for almost 25 years and have never before experienced the disrespect I did today from the receptionist. Can never get in for an appointment in a timely manner even though it used to be a 1-2 day wait for urgent matters. Trying to call in is now a nightmare. What happened to this place?? Barely feel like a patient at all here anymore.
Dr Stefanie has been the most knowlegeble, understandable, professional and caring doctor I have had the pleasure to meet. She has a holistic approach to her appointments, where she will listen to my concerns and asks me questions that maybe I hadn't thought of or makes suggestions that are so unique to my issue. She has send me for tests when needed and has helped me better understand my diagnosis. I couldn't be happier to be under her medical care.
