my insurance paid and somehow there is a .36c balance and these crooks send me a bill for $16.64... (edit) my insurance got involved and made these crooks take the .36c off and now the account is paid. I upped to 2 stars as once you get pass this man's narcissist approach to billing, his dr skills are not bad.
