I had a disappointing experience with one of the front desk staff members in the past - which was the manager—which ultimately led me to stop going to this dental clinic. The front desk interaction left a lasting negative impression. I found the front desk manager to be unhelpful and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient. Good customer service is just as important as clinical care, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of expectations.
Very friendly and courteous front desk staff. Dr. Sari Hershenfield is very competent and cordial.
