Very sad unable to make follow appointment due to a 25 $ missed appointment fee that they won’t take cash for . Not to mention no one time courtesy for waiver due to being medically incapacitated. Lose a 5 year patient because they won’t take 25$ cash and I was unable to show or call for one missed appointment 👎 Way to care about your patients vs a small 25$ 👍
I've been going to Dr Smith for years. I had many head to toes, thoroughly and professionally. I've called his attention to many things that have grown on my body as I've gotten older. Some things have been removed. No pain. I always leave his office with a smile. Nice man.
Excellent skin cancer screenings by Dr. Smith. He is thorough in every visit, and keeps photos of questionable spots for comparisons. He gives straightforward answers to questions. He also gives good advice for self monitoring between visits.
Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes his time to address all of my concerns. I’ve had skin cancer so I’m a little nervous about my skin check ups but I feel like I’m in good hands regardless of the outcome.
