It took three years and tens of thousands of dollars for me to have the botched work repaired of Dr. Lucille Cangialosi, a member of the dental group named above. I first contacted this office as a new patient, and, of course, they assigned the novice at this procedure I requested to “train” using my mouth at my cost. I went to this office a few years ago when my previous life-long dentists office was no longer taking my insurance. It was post-COVID and I was told I had 7 cavities. I was absolutely shocked and mortified, but trusted they did the right thing, and I must have been negligent missing appointments. I allowed the to fill 7 cavities over 2 appointments, with one filling being misshapen and when I floss I can't get the floss back out by pulling up, it get stuck. Good dentist and good dental assistant. The experience below was prior to the office manager, Sophia correcting the errors in the paperwork and refunding part of my fee for a clerical error on their end. I am highly recommending them for prompt, professional attention to complaints and good dental work. I believe Sophia, office manager will tighten up the problems and make good on any issues that you might have. Dr. Napolitano was so patient and helpful in developing a plan for my teeth despite all my health problems. He assured me my pain level would be managed and it was! Dawn Marie did my cleaning and was so considerate patient and professional! Thank you!!!
