Just had to post after my dental appointment today with Dr Jessica Smith. For some reason I developed an intolerance to chemicals & certain smells. I had two fillings that needed replacing. I did well until the glue. Was not aware this had to be used. Anyway I think it was the culprit. Dr Smith was so patient & kind giving me a blanket, lots of water & plenty of time to get myself together. She even called after I left to check on me. She and her assistants were outstanding! If I could I would give a 10 star rating!!
Great customer service and chair side manner. Explains options and procedure choices. Fit me in for emergency visit and very attentive to my needs!! Highly recommend!
Saw Dr. Bob Quilez as a new patient after breaking a tooth and it was a great experience. Scheduling was quick and easy, procedure was smooth and comfortable. Dr. Quilez is an artist and master of his craft. I appreciate everything about this practice down to the office staffing and decor. Good vibes there.
Would not give me prices over the phone. Was told I would have to come in to get pricing. I asked prices for cleaning and xrays. I've been trying to find a dentist in the richmond area. Have called 10+ dentists to compare pricing. All have given me pricing.....
Dr.Quilez always takes the time to explain what he's going to do and what my options are. The staff is also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.
