Rude, unprofessional helpers.. AKA all the little people who don't have initials behind their name
Just had to post after my dental appointment today with Dr Jessica Smith. For some reason I developed an intolerance to chemicals & certain smells. I had two fillings that needed replacing. I did well until the glue. Was not aware this had to be used. Anyway I think it was the culprit. Dr Smith was so patient & kind giving me a blanket, lots of water & plenty of time to get myself together. She even called after I left to check on me. She and her assistants were outstanding! If I could I would give a 10 star rating!!
Great customer service and chair side manner. Explains options and procedure choices. Fit me in for emergency visit and very attentive to my needs!! Highly recommend!
