Joe was great. On July 4, me and my family were getting ready to park for camping for the weekend. All the camper Slides would not close. I reached out to Joe who is very busy and closing up shop. He explained to me he was departing for the day and would try to help me out after he contacted his wife. That was a holiday. I did not expect to hear back from him. I highly recommend DRS mobile rv! I forgot to lock my outdoor kitchen door and started driving. Long story short I nearly lost my door. I called DRS and the owner promptly came to my camping site and sealed it up until the replacement showed up. Once he received my door he came back to install, this time at my house. Door looks great! If I have another issue I will be calling DRS. Cheapest repair service I could find! I added photos of the damaged door and the repair.
