Had been having problems for a while with a parasitic draw on the battery. Had been in to the main dealers twice and then they couldn’t locate the problem. I contacted DRS Mechanics who came out quickly, diagnosed the fault within half an hour and were able to get a new part quickly and again came to my home to fit it. Great service from friendly, helpful staff!

Car failed to start on a couple of occasions. Ford main dealer couldn't see car for 2 weeks, thought I'd try DRS - what a great choice by chance. DRS came the next day diagnosed the battery was being drained by a fuse board and a week later it was replaced. Good comms with garage staff at all times and the technician (Baz) was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.
